Dimensional Excellence
Dimensional Excellence was established in 2013. At Dimensional Excellence, our mission is to help people realize greater satisfaction in their jobs, in their relationships, and in their lives. We help teams communicate more effectively and team members respect and leverage one another to achieve their best results. We help organizations create an environment where people are in the right roles and they want to stay with the company and deliver the best results. We believe that by helping leaders, teams and organizations understand themselves and others we can change people’s lives and make a positive, meaningful impact on the world.

Trace Russell
President & Executive Coach
Trace has delivered powerful results as an Executive Coach and Consultant for more than 30 years, to some of the top business leaders in the United States and around the world. He is certified in multiple behavioral instruments and strategies, including Personalysis, EQi, Strengthfinders, Prosci Change Management, and in the field of Neuroleadership. Trace has partnered with and coached CEOs, Presidents and senior leaders at client companies which include Massachusetts General Hospital, JP Morgan Chase, Cigna, Wells Fargo, and Capital One. He has taught on the faculty of MGH’s Leadership Academy and developed part of the Executive MBA program at Boise State University. Trace is an ACC Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.
Trace is a resident of Boerne, TX, a beautiful small town in the Texas Hill Country. Community minded, he is a Life Member of Kiwanis. He has served on the Board of Directors of the YMCA, has been a youth baseball and football coach, and has been a Boy Scout adult leader. Trace enjoys history, golf, playing and listening to music, and traveling with his wife, Kimber, and their dog, Kai.
Personalysis
The Personalysis Profile is the primary assessment tool that we employ. Personalysis brings a shared, objective language to help people better understand the diverse personalities with whom they engage. The Personalysis Profile provides a visual database that shows people’s styles, expectations and instinctive basis for safety, security and trust. The visual nature of the instrument makes it easy to see similarities and differences between people to help facilitate productive communication and engagement. Personalysis can be leveraged as a stand-alone instrument or may be used in conjunction with other behavioral resources we use, such as EQi, Strengthfinders, or Lencioni’s Dysfunctions of a Team. The coaching we provide gives our clients strategies which are easy to understand, and which are easily applied. Our coaching is actionable. By focusing on personality diversity, teams create common ground- and plant the seeds for inclusion, contribution and commitment!
